When the United States Army Special Operations Command needed to convert an existing biometrics device into a mobile plug-n-play peripheral, Signalscape engineered the solution. We have developed a robust mobile peripheral design capability utilizing USB communication links found on most common mobile communication devices.

QUALCOMM SNAPDRAGON CHIPSET SOLUTIONS
As a licensed Qualcomm® solution provider, Signalscape custom designs Snapdragon chipset systems to meet critical microcomputer-based mobility requirements. We have implemented Snapdragon chipsets in field deployable solutions utilizing the Snapdragon processors installed on third-party uSOMs as well as Qualcomm® power management, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and audio codec/speaker driver components.
Signalscape’s designs utilize the latest Android codebase and support security and operating system updates. Our typical solutions include device-specific kernel drivers, modified Android SDKs with custom API calls and Custom Hardware Interface (CHI) nodes to generate new use cases. We also have Qualcomm® Proprietary Tool Experience including QRCT, QFIL, PCAT, QACT, QPST, and Snapper Tool.
